You have shown me the light.

So the other night Mike introduced me to Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog while we were playing SCIV. Initially I was a bit tired and disinterested since it was so late, but that lasted about ten seconds into the show.

It turned out to be especially awesome. Also nice was to see Felicia Day of the Cheetos laundromat commercial and The Guild.

It was hilarious, well done, and thoroughly enjoyable. The songs are pretty awesome too, especially "Brand New Day", which is currently stuck in my head. I'm really looking forward to anything more to come.

While the pirate (and broke college student) in me would normally opt to save the cash and download the soundtrack, I can admire their straight to internet endeavor. I think once they release it I'll buy the sound track, DVD, and whatever else they stick a price tag on.

Did I mention that NPH in the red and black Dr. Horrible outfit is extremely hot?

Did you say CAKES?

As old as Lex Luthor stealing cakes is, it never fails to make me smile. Otherwise, my day hasn't been super eventful. Showed up to class to find out that it was optional (I fail at paying attention), but WiiFit recorded that I've lost weight (-2.2lbs). But with this week's total fluctuation, I haven't really lost a thing.

Gonna probably ramp up my work out starting tomorrow if I can ever get to sleep. More diet and exercise, yay!

It's a good thing Lex stole all those cakes, or else I might be temped to eat them.

Soreness.

Before going to bed last night I caught episode 14 of the Code Geass dub on Adult Swim. It was the episode with C.C.'s previous contract guy, the psychic. I forget his name. The one where Lelouch erases Shirley's memory. Of course, just having seen Shirley's big episode in R2 I was interested.

To sore to go to the gym today thanks to some Crossfit Air Squats that a coworker recommended.

They really give your body a complete workout and feel great when you're doing them in proper form.

And here. We. Go...!

And so it begins... From this day forth, perhaps I will be able to dedicate myself to semi-regular blog posts on semi-regular stuff. Fitness, video games, the internet. Will my endeavor succeed? I wouldn't bet money on it.

Anyhow! Back to trudging away on Biology/Speech homework. One more week to the CSM semester.
